June Company Update: Better Prompts and On-Brand Generations

Since our last update, we've launched several new features designed to elevate your experience across our generative AI platform. These features have been developed with you, our customers in mind. Our goal with these updates is to empower you to consistently create high-quality content, that’s always on brand, in a secure environment.

Improve Prompt: Write expert-level prompts with the help of AI

Crafting the perfect prompt can be challenging, but it's essential for generating high-quality content. That's where Improve Prompt comes in. This feature uses AI to rewrite your prompts, enabling you to generate better content, regardless of your prompt engineering skills.

When it comes to prompt writing, it’s important to follow this general rule of thumb: garbage in 👉garbage out. With Improve Prompt, you'll see a drastic increase in the quality of content generated with Copy.ai, because the prompt you input will be equally as incredible!

Introducing Brand Voice: Generative AI that’s always on brand

We understand the importance of maintaining a consistent brand voice across your entire brand, including: 

• Blog content
• Social media posts
• Landing pages
• Emails
• Ads
• Value propositions

The list goes on. 

With so much content going out, across multiple channels, it becomes easier to occasionally slip away from your brand’s voice. And that’s why we’re so excited to introduce Brand Voice. Here’s how this feature works:

1. Upload content examples that fit the brand voice you want generated content to follow.
2. Copy.ai will analyze those content examples to generate on-brand content.
3. Start submitting prompts and generating on-brand content!

So, if you want your brand voice to match Christopher Walken or Yoda, all you need to do is upload some content examples and that’s what you’ll get!

Beyond brand voice, we’re currently building enhancements around matching your writing style guidelines so that generated content fits your content formatting, style guidelines, etc.

Infobase: Store and easily reference all of your company’s information

One of the challenges our customers have faced is the inability to reference private company information for content generation. When writing prompts, including all of the right pieces of context can take up so much time. Not to mention how annoying it is to repeat things like your company’s positioning statement or feature sets over, and over, and over again. 

At Copy.ai, we follow a simple motto: If it’s repeatable, automate it. 

Enter: Infobase: a place where you can store information about your company that can be referenced and used to improve the quality of AI-generated content.

With Infobase, you can save a wide range of information about your company, including:
